Our kit replaces the existing H1 Hummer fan and clutch assembly with a re-designed version for maximum cooling efficiency. 
 
The H1 Hummer is notorious for overheating which in turn causes premature failure of the engine block (failure of the #8 cylinder wall). This issue has plagued the H1 platform since the introduction of the 6.5 Turbo engine, with the majority of those trucks have one or more engine replacements in their lifetimes.
 
Our kit substantially increases airflow through the cooling stack (radiator/oil cooler) to maintain engine coolant temperatures in the 185-190f range. We utilize a custom spec severe duty fan clutch, paired with a CNC cut high output composite fan, and include all of the necessary hardware.
 
We have kits for the 1994-2004 model year H1 Hummers with the 6.5 and 6.5TD engines. Please confirm your clutch type prior to ordering (flanged -or- threaded waterpump) as some earlier model trucks may have been upgraded to the newer high-output threaded waterpumps.
