It features 2.5" inlet and outlet ports, which are ideally sized for stock and modified Duramax engines. This sizing strikes the perfect balance between flow and packaging, maintaining critical hood clearance in the tight confines of the Hummer H1 engine bay.
 
The intercooler utilizes a state-of-the-art Bar and Plate core design, the same technology trusted in elite motorsports—from Le Mans endurance cars to high-horsepower drag builds. Please note: This intercooler does not include mounting tabs or brackets. Due to variations in radiator choices (OEM vs. aftermarket aluminum) and oil cooler configurations, custom mounting tabs are required for proper installation.
